OUR (brief) STORY: 

Our director, Sam, has been suppling 3M protective face masks to customers since 2015, mostly on marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon, to customers that are still with us today.

When the Covid-19 pandemic began in early 2020, orders and new customers began to pile up, to the point that it was hard to get all the orders out of the door. His first helper was his wife, from their kitchen table they were fulfilling 150+ orders per day to customers worldwide. 

Things have grown substantially since then, now The Face Mask Store fulfils orders from their Warehouse and HQ in Shepton Mallet, with dedicated Packing Hero's, Customer Service Angels and a Superstar Sales Team.

We supply the NHS, Police and Fire Forces, Film Studios, Football Teams, Local Government and the general public throughout the UK, Europe, Australia, America and beyond!

WHY we are DIFFERENT:

The face mask market has long been dominated by suppliers selling masks in bulk, often in sealed boxes of 10 or 20. This approach overlooks the growing demand among customers for the option to purchase single masks.

At The Face Mask Store, we recognised this gap in the market and have tailored our offerings to meet this need, allowing us to stand out from our competitors.

One key reason behind this desire, is for customers to have a low-cost trial of a particular mask before committing to purchasing larger quantities.

Everyone's face shape and size is unique, making the need to find a mask that fits properly, and ensures maximum protection, essential. By offering single FFP3, FFP2, and FFP1 masks, customers are able to make an informed decision on which mask best suits their needs, fit and comfort, without having to spend a considerable amount on a product they may later find unsuitable.
