THE FACE MASK STORE - EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION AND GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION

   This email subscription and giveaway is being run by The Face Mask Store, a trading name of A Lucre Musket Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By entering this giveaway, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs"). Please read these T&Cs carefully and if you do not agree with any part of them, then you should not enter this giveaway.

2. ELIGIBILITY

   This giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of The Face Mask Store, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates or other parties, including but not limited to A Lucre Musket Limited, in any way involved in the development, production, or distribution of this giveaway, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.

3. HOW TO ENTER

   To enter the giveaway, you must subscribe to our email newsletter by following the instructions in the promotional email received. Entries are limited to one per person. The first 50 eligible people to subscribe will be entered into the giveaway. Subscribing to our email newsletter is free.

4. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

   The giveaway commences at the time the promotional email is sent and ends once 50 eligible people have subscribed, or at our discretion. We reserve the right to extend the period of the giveaway.

5. THE PRIZE

   The prize is a hamper worth £50. The prize is not exchangeable or transferrable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equal value without giving notice.

6. SELECTION OF WINNER

   The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.

7. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

   By entering this giveaway, you consent to us processing your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, for the purpose of managing this giveaway, and for adding you to our mailing list for future marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from this list at any time.

8. GENERAL

   We reserve the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these T&Cs without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by us.

   The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

   This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any third party.

9. JURISDICTION

   This giveaway is governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
