Christmas 2025 Shipping

Please be aware that our operations and courier services are limited over the festive period due to bank holidays.

Key dates to note:

  • Orders placed on or after 24th December – We may not be able to fulfil orders on Christmas Eve, and courier collections will be limited. Even Next Day Delivery orders are unlikely to arrive until 30th December at the earliest.
  • Christmas Day & Bank Holidays – No deliveries will take place on 25th, 26th, or 27th December.
  • International orders – Please expect longer delivery times than usual during this period. If you’re ordering from outside the UK, we’d recommend placing your order well in advance to avoid delays.

We’ll be back to normal operations from 29th December.

UK SHIPPING

Please note: From 1st January 2026, the free shipping threshold will increase from £10 to £50 (inc VAT).

Orders under £10 (or under £50 from January 2026)

All orders under 2kg are sent with Royal Mail, unless you specify upgrade your shipping.

Shipping for these orders is Royal Mail 3–5 Working Days – £4.20 (inc VAT).

You will receive your item within 3-5 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Orders over £10 (or over £50 from January 2026)

Orders over £10 receive Free Shipping and will be sent with Royal Mail.

You will receive your item within 3 – 5 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

We use Royal Mail and DPD

Can I upgrade my shipping?

Yes, you can upgrade to the below options at checkout:

Royal Mail 2-3 Working Days – £6.50 (inc VAT)

Royal Mail Next Working Day – £9.00 (inc VAT)

Our cut off for Next Working Day is 12pm Monday-Thursday. Order placed on a Friday before 12pm will arrive Monday.

We send larger bulk orders with DPD.

WITHIN EU

Which carrier do you use?

Orders are sent with DHL Netherlands.

How much does shipping cost?

For the selected EU countries we ship to the charge is £16.00.

What in country charges/fees are there?

None – all custom fees and taxes are pre-paid at checkout, so you won’t receive any unexpected charges on delivery.

How long will it take to reach me?

Your order will be recieved within 6-8 working days

Can I track my order?

Yes all orders can be fully tracked using DHL tracking software.

OUTSIDE OF EU

Which carrier do you use?

Orders are sent with UPS.

We do not use other carriers, due to a high loss ratio.

How much does shipping cost?

The cost varies country to country, please check the cost when it is automatically calculated at checkout

What in country charges/fees are there?

The buyer is responsible for paying import VAT and duties in their country (where applicable) on all international orders.

How long will it take to reach me?

This depends on the service you have selected and your location:

  • Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days
  • Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days

Royal Mail International Economy

  • Western Europe in up to 2 weeks

  • North America in up to 6 weeks
  • South America, Africa and Asia in up to 8 weeks
  • Australia in up to 12 weeks

Can I track my order?

This depends on the service you have selected.

Royal Mail

Certain Royal Mail services can be tracked (e.g Royal Mail International Tracked). Others offer no tracking (Royal Mail International Economy).

UPS

All orders can be fully tracked using UPS online tracking software.

What must I enter at checkout

An in country contact number MUST be entered at check-out for import purposes.

How long do I have to return an item?

You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, please refer to full details here

Who is responsible for returns postage costs?

You will be responsible for covering shipping costs.

However if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will send you a pre-paid postage label.

How long will a refund take to be processed?

You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 business days of your package being received by us, however, for the majority of cases we expect the refund process to take less time.
