The M-956 is a self-adhesive foam comfort pad designed to fit on the ratchet headband of 3M Versaflo M-Series headtops. It reduces the effective internal circumference of the headband, helping achieve a more secure and stable fit for smaller wearers, or providing extra cushioning at the ratchet contact point for any wearer.

The M-956 is designed for use with the 3M Versaflo M-Series range: M-100 and M-200 Series faceshields, M-300 Series helmets, and M-400 Series helmets. These headtops are commonly used with powered air (PAPR) units including the 3M Versaflo TR-300+, TR-600, and TR-800 series and with 3M supplied-air systems. Always check the current 3M M-Series user instructions for your specific headtop model to confirm compatibility.

The M-956 is self-adhesive. Peel the backing and press it firmly onto the ratchet mechanism at the rear of the headband. Refer to the 3M Versaflo M-Series headgear user instructions for the correct fitting position and orientation for your headtop model.
