9100FX Air Helmet

  • Integrated cap – prevents grinding dust getting into your eyes.
  • Grinding shield built in, meets face shield standards
  • Side windows give you greater field of view
  • Unique fully adjustable head attachment style:
  • 2 crown straps for a secure and comfortable fit
  • Pivot location avoids the temple region, to ensure it is not on a pressure point
  • Spaced forehead pads allow blood to flow, rather than a fixed strap.
  • Articulation ratchet on back to allow for tilt up to 80 degrees.

Adflo Kit

  • Stay protected from both particles and gases (additional filter required for gases*) with the 3M™ Complete Adflo™ System.
  • Achieve a nominal protection factor of up to 500 (TH3)
  • Connect the system directly to any Speedglas Series respiratory welding helmet for added convenience.
  • Enjoy comfortable breathing with adjustable airflow
  • *Customize your protection by using gas filters (837242 or 837542), which are sold separately.

9100X Auto-Darkening Filter

  • 3M ADF Filters have excellent optical quality, with minimum distortion and consistent shading over the full viewing area.
  • It has a 54mm x 107mm field of view.
  • Compatible with any helmet in the 9100 series.
  • Multiple mode selection:
  • Dark shade range modes (5,8,9-13)
  • Grinding mode
  • Torch cutting mode
  • Comfort mode means less eye strain from prolonged tack welding operations
